A surreal gag anime about female junior high school students who along with mysterious creatures attend a junior high school set in the real Kashiwa town, together loosely conveying the charm of Kashiwa with contents related to the town and its events.

The second season of Chou Futsuu Toshi Kashiwa Densetsu .

In the seemingly ordinary Prefecture Chiba, where life moves at its own relaxed pace, meet Shikawa Ako—a high school student with an unremarkable existence. Little does she know, the humdrum days of Chiba are about to get a hilarious twist. In 'The Legend of Super Normal Prefecture Chiba,' Ako inadvertently becomes the epicenter of a comedic storm that turns the 'ordinary' into the spectacularly absurd.

The story centers on a 19-year-old female video shop clerk named Chiaki Sakata and Inari, a elementary school boy who keeps sneaking into the adult section.
