Junpei Kousaka is a second-year high school student who despises cats and has an allergy to them. It just so happens that his high school crush is Kaede Mizuno, a girl who adores cats. One day, while walking home from school, Junpei kicks an empty can and unfortunately beans the local neko-jizou-sama (guardian deity of cats). He finds he can now understand what cats are saying, including his family's own ill-tempered cat, Nyamusas. However, if he does not grant 100 wishes from cats, he will turn into a cat himself.

The "hyper black comedy" anime takes place in Nyagoya City, a trendy town where cats live. In this peaceful town, many of the cats are suddenly disappearing. The NEET cat Takumi must save his father, who is wrapped up in the incident. The anime will feature the characters speaking in Nagoya dialect, and will feature famous sightseeing spots such as Nagoya Castle.

Katsu Kaizou is a very gullible, 17-year-old high school student and a believer in science fiction, aliens, ghosts, UFOs, conspiracies, etc. He thinks that everything going on around him is the result of some sort of alien plot to take over the world. Each story is pretty much self-contained and is completely bizarre. Kaizou joins the school's science club, makes new friends, and ends up coming in contact with all sorts of strange things like log people, deadly sushi, pee-blades, scary infections, robot invasions, ghosts, living dolls, and more!

Based on a blog-based manga series about cats. One of eight series streamed through the smartphone app Tate Anime, and later Anime Beans.
