Demon of the Kick

Kick no Oni Movie.

The Kickers are first and foremost a football team. Actually, they're only playing for their school, but haven't exactly covered themselves with glory. When the new player, Gregor (Daichi Kakeru) arrives at the school, they just had faced a resounding defeat again. However, thanks to Gregor, things are going to change. Highly motivated, they'll try to get rid of their "always-loser-team" image. Their strongest enemy are the Devils, who Gregor provokes right from the start. However, it's not all about football. When the captain, Mario (Hongou Masaru), is not pursued by his female fans, the Kickers often hang around and do stuff together.

In order to fulfill their dead father's wish, the siblings, Kiku Takane and Ryuuji Takane aim for the champion title of the boxing arena. The sister, Kiku, will act as the trainer while her brother, Ryuuji, will concentrate on the role of the boxer and learn the Boomerang Hook technique. His battle with many rivals has led to the growth and maturity of Ryuuji. The junior high boxing tournament has began and Ryuuji will be fighting his arch-rival, Jun Kenzaki. The battle begins.

The bloodlines of “Oni” and “Momotarou” have been passed down among certain humans for generations. Long ago, the Oni, aware of their own ferocity, lived in seclusion. However, their peace was shattered by an invasion led by Momotarou. Over thousands of years, these two factions formed the “Momotarou Agency” and the “Oni Agency,” respectively, and have been locked in conflict ever since. The protagonist, Shiki Ichinose, suddenly learns of his Oni lineage following an unexpected attack by Momotarou. This revelation sets Shiki on a path to discover the destiny that lies within his blood — a meeting with the Oni dwelling within him. —A new generation of dark heroics begins here in this tale of demons!
